Dr. Joshua Longo is a chiropractor who serves Lincoln and the surrounding communities in CA . With 16 years of experience serving the people of San Francisco and earning a Five Star Yelp review, Dr. Josh is happy to join the Lincoln Community and surrounding area. He attributes his upbringing in Hawaii, with his Chiropractic Father, for his love of the profession and the people it helps. Dr. Josh completed his undergraduate work at The University of Hawaii in Hilo. He then received his 4-year Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from The University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating in the top of his class in 1998. He is also a certified Zone Technique practitioner. Dr. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and daughter Ava, martial arts, biking, yoga, and learning more about chiropractic and the human body.
Dr. Josh uses The Zone Technique to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient’s lives, whether they are having glandular, eliminative, nervous, digestive, muscular, circulatory or neck and back problems, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Josh takes a “whole person” approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the nervous system, and Dr. Josh will be able to determine the root of the problem and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs.
